Second, a user must have at least 20 posts prior to starting a classified ad. This will go for all users, if you have been a user for two years and have 10 posts, you will not be allowed to start a classified thread until your post count is at least 20. Please be aware that it takes a little time for the server to recognize and reset your permissions once you have met those two criteria.

Downhill psp. Please be patient. Anybody use this program to look at their pics from Primos' DPS camera? I have been using it for years, but it got removed from my laptop somehow (Not by me!) and I can't get it back. I contacted Primos via their website on Oct 12 and have not heard anything. I have the most recent Java update and did all the necessary steps in java to re-install (per their instructions on the Primos website) but cant get it re-installed. The camera is useless without the program to view its pics.

Thanks for any tips you may have to offer, I just acquired a Primos DPS cam myself and have been trying for the last hour to get the 'At a Glance' software downloaded and working. It seems that many have the same problem (including the older gentleman who gave me this unit). I've tried updating Java and I cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to make the stupid thing work. Well, it looks like I finally figured it out.

For me it's as I suspected. The installation attempts were failing because my Java was updated to version 8 which wasn't being recognized by the PC installer file. I have an old HP laptop that we have dedicated to our receipt scanner for our business and it still had Java 6 on it. That is the trick. I believe that your Java was probably cooperating when you downloaded it. But between then and now, your Java went through several updates.

And, with the updates it no longer recognizes the software for the DPS. I think your only bet would be to uninstall Java and reinstall the older version of Java 6. (I already tried finding it with no success). But after trying to download onto 3 different computers, these are my findings.
