I own this game and recently decided to replay it, but it would sure be nice to have all of the items, abilites and such translated in the menus. I am playing it on an emulator (again, I own the original game). The patch translates Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep Final Mix into English, mostly using the English localization of the original version. Everything is in English with the exceptions of the voices in the new cutscenes in the Secret Episode, most of the story recaps in the journal, and Xehanort Reports 10 and 11, which are replaced with a single line that says “DUMMY,” apparently because.

This new patch is more refined, more accurate, and uses the official translations from KH2.5.
