My problem is that my laptop with Win8 doesn’t recognize MMX352G 3G USB dongle/data- card anymore, nor do other computers with Win7 (where I was able to connect earlier). Upon plugging into the USB port, the modem immediately flashes the green signal, possibly meaning that it is ready to be connected.

But the ‘auto run’ has stopped working for the device. As it is not being recognized (no device), I can’t even see any of the modem software, in the modem, of course. When I click MMX USB Manager on the desktop, I don’t see the ShowModem.exe anywhere. It only shows the View Folder options. Lesti nth term.
