Good news is all these options are the same with the ingame options, not a big issue actually. And to be honest is fairly incomplete at the moment. Some dialogues are translated the main UI is almost completly translated but a lot of things are still in the original language. So my advice is. If you have experice with the koei's strategy games it's ALMOST playable but forget to understand the story line or the majority of the text based dialogues. If you haven't experience with this type of game save your money and wait for this fan made patch to be completed (it's in alpha stage) or hope in an official english release:) P.S. I'm not english.
